✨ About The Role

- The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for calling on existing clients and establishing new accounts. - They will identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on established criteria. - Maximizing sales to all customers and suggesting alternative and complementary products is a key responsibility. - The role involves responding to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions based on circumstances. - Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and suppliers is crucial. - The representative will track customer profitability and credit levels and report any negative trends to management.

- The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and a proven track record of generating results. - They should enjoy being on the road and have the ability to connect easily with people. - A self-reliant and organized individual who takes responsibilities seriously will thrive in this role. - Excellent knowledge of customers, industry trends, products, and competition is essential. - A background in Heavy Duty, Millwright, Machining, Oilfield Maintenance, or similar positions is preferred. - Sales experience is an asset, but training can be provided to successful candidates.
