✨ About The Role

- The Inside Salesperson will report to the Business Centre Manager and be responsible for selling products and processing customer orders. - The role involves responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and negotiating special prices and conditions when necessary. - The Inside Salesperson will proactively suggest associated or alternate products to enhance sales opportunities. - Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge on various product lines is essential for providing accurate information to customers. - The position requires quick communication with the appropriate personnel regarding customer feedback on pricing, products, and services.

- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of industry experience or a combination of relevant professional training and experience. - Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for success in this role. - Demonstrated people skills and excellent organizational abilities are crucial for managing customer interactions effectively. - A customer service-driven mindset is necessary to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues promptly. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required to perform daily tasks efficiently.
