✨ About The Role

- The Credit Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and evaluating credit requests through thorough research and analysis. - Regular collection calls and follow-ups will be required to ensure prompt payment from customers. - The role involves processing credit card payments and managing new credit applications, including setting up new accounts in the system. - The analyst will conduct financial reviews to assess risk and may temporarily suspend credit privileges when necessary. - Collaboration with Business Centre Managers is essential to address receivables and disputes in a timely manner.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in high volume business-to-business collections. - A degree in finance, accounting, or administration is preferred, indicating a solid educational background. - Strong analytical skills are essential, especially in reading and interpreting credit reports from Equifax and Dun and Bradstreet. - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. - The candidate should be motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
