- This role is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects with revenues up to $100 million.
	- The Senior Project Manager will perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to meet corporate profitability goals.
	- The position involves coordinating with estimators and project controls to establish budgets and manage resources to meet project schedules.
	- The candidate will lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects to ensure an accurate bid-to-build process.
	- The role requires establishing and maintaining working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and inspectors to develop long-term partnerships.
