- This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects with a revenue range of $50 - $100 million and project durations of up to three years.
- The role involves performing accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate profitability goals are met.
- The candidate will coordinate with estimators and the project controls group to establish budgets and lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects.
- The position requires participation in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bids and evaluate project feasibility.
- The successful candidate will ensure proper job controls, including quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule, while maintaining working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and inspectors.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
- A minimum of ten years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of up to ten full-time employees are crucial for this position.
