⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction. - A successful applicant will possess five to ten years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments, with a minimum of five years in paving, dirt, and grading. - Strong knowledge of construction practices, including paving, underground, concrete, and grading, is essential for this role. - The candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain effective communication and organizational skills. - A proven track record of decision-making in high production environments will be crucial for success in this position.
