- The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing onsite construction engineering activities.
- This role involves managing job controls to ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- The engineer will develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
- Technical support in construction planning, quality control, and resolution of design conflicts will be a key responsibility.
- The position requires supervision and mentoring of project staff to ensure individual development and adherence to project standards.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating support, engineering, or field support is required.
- Candidates with USACE experience will be highly preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and scheduling software such as AGTEK and Primavera is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage a diverse team effectively.
