- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- The candidate should possess advanced financial analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.
- Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Hyperion Planning, and JD Edwards, is necessary.
