- The Project Finance Manager will be responsible for managing junior team members and supporting day-to-day tasks related to the TPO financing platform.
- This role involves developing, refining, and implementing financial models to evaluate potential returns for GoodLeap and its financing partners.
- The manager will deepen relationships with existing investors and strategically expand the investor base through meetings and due diligence sessions.
- Collaboration with various consultants and internal/external counsel is required to execute financing transactions and support investor due diligence efforts.
- A deep understanding of project finance, including tax equity and various debt and equity financing structures, is essential for this position.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Experience in managing project finance deal processes and junior team members is essential for success in this role.
- A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred to enhance understanding of complex financial structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary, along with working knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
