- The User Experience Designer will be part of the "Customer Engagement" chapter, focusing on digital customer interfaces of the future.
- Responsibilities include developing innovative concepts for industry-specific customer portals, eCommerce applications, and various apps.
- The designer will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Software Developers to create interaction concepts.
- Conducting user research to gather insights for projects and evaluating concepts through user testing is a key part of the role.
- The position requires travel, primarily within Europe and the USA, for project-related activities.
⚡ Requirements
- A successful candidate will have a completed degree focusing on Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Media Design, or Ergonomics.
- The role requires at least three years of professional experience in UX Design, concept development, or usability engineering.
- Strong experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms is essential.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools is necessary for this position.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively collaborate with international teams.
