- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, International Business, or a similar field.
- A successful candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
- The candidate should have a high degree of networking skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Experience in active sourcing and working in a virtual team environment is a plus.
