✨ About The Role
- The Sustainability Strategy Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sustainability initiatives for GEA's customers.
- This role involves working within the GEA Add Better Consulting team, which includes both Operations Consulting and Strategy Consulting teams.
- Key responsibilities include advising clients on best practices and driving the growth of the sustainability strategy consulting business.
- The consultant will lead the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies and manage consulting projects to ensure they meet client expectations.
- The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated sustainability solutions and generate a healthy pipeline of Net Zero and sustainability solutions project business.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree.
- A successful candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sustainability consulting, strategy consulting, or project management.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices, including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable resource management, is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive business growth effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions, are crucial for success in this role.
- The candidate must be willing to travel regularly as part of their job responsibilities.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
