- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, specifically within the Mechanical and Automotive industries.
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
- The successful individual will possess good knowledge of metrology and measurement devices, as well as experience with quality tools and methodologies like SPC, FMEA, and PPAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- The candidate should be able to travel to supplier locations as needed and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and in adverse situations.
