- Candidates should possess around 10+ years of experience in an engineering organization, particularly in customer or key account handling.
- Experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, especially in the food, dairy, and beverage sectors, is highly preferred.
- Strong customer contacts and knowledge of key industry players are essential for success in this position.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as a team player are crucial.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in sales design, site execution, and customer management for ammonia refrigeration systems.
