âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. - An MBA in Sales and Marketing is considered an added advantage for this role. - Candidates should possess around 10+ years of experience in an engineering organization, particularly in customer or key account handling. - Experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, especially in the food, dairy, and beverage sectors, is highly preferred. - Strong customer contacts and knowledge of key industry players are essential for success in this position. - Effective communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as a team player are crucial. - The candidate should have hands-on experience in sales design, site execution, and customer management for ammonia refrigeration systems. - A solid understanding of financial and taxation matters will be beneficial for this role.
