- The Service Support Engineer will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers regarding service and upgrade projects. - Responsibilities include preparing service visits, creating service quotes, and diagnosing technical problems for clients. - The role involves administrative tasks such as processing quotes and following up on service reports. - The engineer will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and support field service colleagues by providing technical information as needed. - The position requires working with MS Office and an ERP system, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

- The ideal candidate should have a technical background, preferably at Mbo 4 or Hbo work level. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. - A customer-oriented mindset is crucial, as the role involves direct interaction with clients to resolve their issues. - The candidate should be a team player who can also work independently when required. - Flexibility and the ability to handle challenging situations, such as dissatisfied customers or complex inquiries, are important traits.
