✨ About The Role

- The role involves leading the after-sales and service business for Pharma India, focusing on service sales, field service, and installation and commissioning. - The candidate will be responsible for service sales and order intake, including reviewing hot prospects and conducting sales visits to customers. - Monitoring and reviewing field service activities and ensuring timely project site completion are key responsibilities. - The position requires handling a team of 20 full-time equivalents, including direct and indirect reports. - The candidate will deal with GEA global counterparts for spare parts and service support for machines supplied from Europe. - Promoting spare parts business and upgrade projects, including automation and process upgrades for existing customers, is part of the role. - The implementation of a CRM system is also a responsibility of this position.

- The ideal candidate will have an engineering background combined with a strong business and customer-centric mindset. - A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role is essential for success in this position. - The candidate should have a proven track record of operational and cost focus in their previous work experiences. - Experience in managing a team of more than 5-10 people is required, demonstrating strong leadership skills. - A customer-centric approach is crucial, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
