- The candidate will be responsible for service sales and order intake, including reviewing hot prospects and conducting sales visits to customers.
- Monitoring and reviewing field service activities and ensuring timely project site completion are key responsibilities.
- The position requires handling a team of 20 full-time equivalents, including direct and indirect reports.
- The candidate will deal with GEA global counterparts for spare parts and service support for machines supplied from Europe.
- Promoting spare parts business and upgrade projects, including automation and process upgrades for existing customers, is part of the role.
- The implementation of a CRM system is also a responsibility of this position.
