- The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling new machines in the separation technology sector, specifically separators and decanters, to existing and new customers.

- Negotiating and finalizing contracts, as well as managing order processing and handover, are key responsibilities.
- Achieving predefined order intake, profitability, and growth targets is expected.
- Systematic identification and exploration of market and customer potentials will be part of the job.
- Documentation and reporting of sales activities are also required.

- The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed technical or commercial degree or a comparable qualification.
- A minimum of several years of professional experience in sales of complex machinery and process components is essential.
- Experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, along with knowledge of GMP, will be advantageous.
- The candidate should be a team player with high self-motivation and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close contracts are crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and SAP CRM is a plus.
- A willingness to travel extensively within Germany (over 50% travel) is necessary.
