- This role involves leading and growing the New Equipment Sales business for Pharma in the North America region.
- The candidate will take full ownership of the New Equipment Order Intake (OI) target, setting it annually with their line manager.
- Developing and implementing the regional sales strategy to drive customer reach and engagement is a key responsibility.
- The role includes negotiating and managing NDAs, MSAs, and T&Cs for Pharma projects in consultation with legal and GEA officers.
- The candidate will play an active role in the Pharma NAM management team, contributing to reports, presentations, and meetings.

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales teams in capital or process equipment manufacturing.
- Proven success in value-based selling, particularly with pharmaceutical manufacturing customers, is essential.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to inspire and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are crucial for deepening customer relationships.
- A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time for internal meetings and industry events is required.
