- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant technical selling experience. - The ideal individual should possess 5 to 7 years of experience as a sales engineer or in a similar technical role. - Strong technical background is essential, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. - Experience in building customer and representative relationships is crucial for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Frequent travel experience is required, with the ability to manage 2-3 hotel stays per week.
