✨ About The Role
- The Repair Project Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating repair orders within GEA's network of Repair Workshops.
- This role involves providing critical data and reports to the Repair Director and assisting in the management of the Repair Group during the Director's absence.
- The engineer will conduct root cause analysis for mechanical repair concerns and perform internal audits of operational processes.
- Training and mentoring new and existing team members in repair processes is a key responsibility of this position.
- The role requires direct communication with customers and senior management to explain repair needs and propose corrective plans.

- A degree in Engineering or a related technological field, preferably in Mechanical or applicable process engineering, is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with international experience being a desirable asset.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude is necessary, along with at least 3 years of experience in separators, centrifuge repair, and/or process design.
- The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a proven track record in service-related positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying knowledge and collaborating with team members and customers.
