- The Regional Sales Manager will focus on selling integrated custom-engineered process systems to the New Food industry across the US and Canada.
- Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales leads, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in trade shows.
- The role requires pre-qualifying sales leads, developing sales opportunities, and assisting with writing proposals.
- The candidate will prepare and present technical and sales presentations while maintaining client contact and managing expectations.
- The position involves approximately 50% travel to visit customers, potential clients, and industry functions.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Biology, or equivalent experience in the Food Industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical B2B Sales within the Food Industry is required.
- The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide timely feedback to customers is essential for success in this role.
