- The Project Manager will engage with clients to define technical details, plant specifications, and layouts, fostering relationships through various communication channels and site visits.
- They will also define installation timelines with clients and support technicians during the assembly phase.
- The role includes monitoring project costs against established budgets and coordinating with other GEA group companies for coordinated projects.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or management engineering, or an equivalent level of education.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within complex industrial plants is required, preferably in the food sector.
- Strong learning ability regarding food technology and baking products is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly in an international context.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize issues to find effective solutions are crucial.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits is necessary, with an expected frequency of 4 to 10 trips per year.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of a second language, preferably French, is advantageous.
