- The role involves project administration, including encoding and monitoring projects in the ERP system.
- The candidate will implement new projects in the system and follow up during execution, challenging project managers as necessary.
- Leading and facilitating monthly project review meetings is a key responsibility, along with preparing minutes of these meetings.
- The job requires generating and submitting reports to management regarding project progress, profitability, and completion percentage.
- The design and application aspect of the role involves providing cost-wise proposals for the sales group and preparing technical designs and commercial offers.
- The candidate will review proposal completeness and accuracy before endorsement to the sales team.
- Providing technical advice and consultancy support to other departments is also part of the job.
- Additional tasks may be assigned by the HRT Division management as needed.

- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.
- Candidates with specific qualifications in refrigeration or heat pumps will have an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration is necessary, particularly in designing, costing, and selling solutions.
- The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of industrial refrigeration applications and components.
