- The Manufacturing Engineer II will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- The ideal individual will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD, as well as manufacturing software such as ERP or MES, is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail, are crucial for success in this position.
- The candidate should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-department teams and manage stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, and assembly processes is preferred.
