✨ About The Role
- The Manager Strategy and Strategic Projects will play an integral role in realizing growth ambitions in the Heating and Refrigeration Technologies division.
- Responsibilities include managing strategy and strategic projects both in Germany and abroad, such as strategy development, implementation, operational improvement, and M&A projects.
- The role involves close cooperation with diverse stakeholders within and outside the Heating and Refrigeration Technologies division, including business management and finance.
- The candidate will support local management teams in implementing the agreed strategy and will monitor and present progress to the VP Strategy or the management board.
- Management and steering of other special projects will also be part of the responsibilities.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a successful completion of a university degree, ideally a master's degree, in business, economics, or industrial engineering with a focus on strategy or finance.
- Several years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting role or a similar function within an international setting is essential.
- Proven experience in project management is required, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to understand and analyze complex situations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are necessary, with additional languages being a plus.
- A proactive individual who enjoys working independently with limited guidance will thrive in this role.
- The candidate should be a strong team player, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of individuals across different cultures.
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally is expected.
