- The ideal candidate will have a completed technical or business degree or a comparable qualification. - Practical experience in executing LEAN projects using relevant LEAN methods is essential. - A hands-on mentality is crucial, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. - A deep understanding of production and process flows is necessary to analyze complex situations systematically. - Strong communication skills and enthusiasm are important, with proficiency in German and good command of English.
