⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a shared service center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one secondary language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
