- The HR Admin Specialist will be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery and administration of employee life cycle events.
- The role involves generating documents, letters, templates, and reports related to HR processes.
- The candidate will document process changes and communicate them to all affected interfaces, including ServiceNow and Workday.
- Maintaining employee data in HRIT systems and executing data standards, processes, and policies is a key responsibility.
- The position requires fulfilling service level agreements and operational level agreements, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or Human Resources, with a vocational training or professional experience of over 2 years.
- A minimum of 1 year of HR experience or experience in data management is essential for this role.
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills are necessary, along with high organizational abilities to manage multiple open requisitions.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering quality work consistently.
- Fluency in both Danish and English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
