✨ About The Role

- The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of milking and cooling equipment. - The role involves working with both traditional milking parlours and advanced robotic machinery. - The engineer will need to ensure that their service vehicle is appropriately stocked for daily tasks. - Accurate documentation of job records for invoicing and stock adjustments is a key responsibility. - Participation in a monthly on-call rota is expected once the engineer is established in the role. - The engineer will also have the opportunity to train and mentor apprentices and new team members as required.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, ideally educated to secondary school level with strong numeracy skills. - Experience in electrical, refrigeration, and/or mechanical engineering is essential for this role. - The candidate should possess basic computer literacy and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members. - The ability to work outdoors in varied conditions is necessary, as the role involves field service work. - A valid driving license is required to perform the job effectively.
