✨ About The Role
- The Account Manager Service will be responsible for all refrigeration service activities at GEA Refrigeration N.V. for clients.
- Responsibilities include managing service activities such as preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as service level agreements and service projects.
- The role involves operational and strategic customer contact, with 70% of the work being operational and 30% commercial.
- The candidate will need to effectively manage revenue, costs, quality, lead times, delivery conditions, and customer satisfaction.
- The position requires the development of account plans with concrete objectives and sales forecasts, as well as operational tasks like preparing quotes and order confirmations.
- The role includes analyzing customer situations, conducting advisory and sales discussions, and supporting clients as needed.
- The Account Manager will maintain customer and activity information in systems and provide data for periodic reporting.

- The ideal candidate will have a business-oriented or commercial education at a minimum of mbo-4 level.
- A successful applicant will possess approximately 5 years of sales experience, ideally being in the second or third step of their career.
- The candidate should have a strong affinity for technology and preferably knowledge and experience in refrigeration technology.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills are essential for this role.
- The individual must be committed to achieving and maintaining high-quality standards in their work and that of others.
- The candidate should be adaptable and open to new ideas, demonstrating the ability to adjust to changing requirements and circumstances.
- Willingness to travel internationally several times a year is necessary for this position.
