- This position is responsible for the technical product strategy and requirements execution of Fluence OS, the operating system for BESS system control. - The role involves creating, supporting, and executing the technical product strategy of Fluence OS. - The candidate will communicate the strategy, roadmap, and value propositions of Fluence’s software and controls capabilities. - Collaboration with regional functions and product management is essential to understand and create product requirements that meet market needs. - The role includes leading product reviews to ensure that product roadmaps are inclusive of future market needs and compliance.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with significant related work experience considered in lieu of a degree. - Hands-on experience with industrial-level control systems is essential for success in this role. - A strong theoretical and practical background in systematic software engineering and software architecture is required. - The candidate should possess the ability to analyze and interpret information from various sources, applying critical and creative thinking. - Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively convey product strategies and requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
