- The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will execute the people strategy across the EMEA Fluence organization.
- This role involves collaborating with senior leadership on talent management, compensation, and organizational planning.
- The HRBP will drive various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics such as attrition and engagement will be part of the responsibilities.
- The role includes advising leaders on core HR processes and managing Works Council activities in Germany.

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for at least 3 years in a start-up or tech environment.
