- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills, especially in remote diagnostics and maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with both external customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with bi-directional inverters, HVAC systems, and high current DC systems is highly desirable.
