- The Senior Analyst will lead the development and execution of Fluence's Responsible Sourcing and Conflict Minerals Programs.
- This role involves ensuring compliance with responsible sourcing best practices and relevant regulations among supply chain partners.
- The candidate will regularly advise and promote a culture of responsible sourcing compliance through meetings, trainings, and audits.
- The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize social and environmental supply chain risks.
- The analyst will collect, analyze, and present responsible sourcing and sustainability data through reports and regulatory queries.
- The role includes driving the execution of strategic projects related to Conflict Mineral traceability and Scope III GHG Reporting.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of direct experience in responsible sourcing or supply chain sustainability programs.
- A degree in a relevant subject or commercial experience within a sustainability role is essential, with a preference for a graduate degree in sustainability-related courses or an MBA.
- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of human rights and social issues in global supply chains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- The successful candidate will have experience working with Forced Labour, Modern Slavery, and Supply Chain Due Diligence acts.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey technical information and complex regulatory requirements to diverse audiences.
- An inquisitive nature and a passion for improving supply chain responsibility are crucial for success in this role.
