- The Program Specialist will manage the execution of transformation projects in India, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and on time.
- This role involves facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives from planning through to execution.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality presentations and reports for executive meetings and external stakeholders.
- Regular updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on project progress, key findings, risks, and issues will be required.
- The role includes conducting secondary research to gather relevant data and insights to support Fluence strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a management consulting or professional services setting, is required.
- Strong expertise in secondary research techniques and the ability to synthesize insights will be crucial for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for presenting complex ideas clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
