✨ About The Role

- The product owner will work cross-functionally with engineering and product management teams to execute the Fluence OS and grid application development plan.
	- The role involves translating regional grid code requirements into actionable user stories for the development agile team(s).
	- The candidate will monitor changes to grid code and regulatory norms and gather input from customer requirements.
	- Responsibilities include managing the product development of Fluence OS grid forming and following capabilities.
	- The product owner will lead the creation and maintenance of technical commercial documentation related to the product.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree in Electrical or Power Systems.
	- A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in utility scale electrical power systems is required.
	- The candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience as a product owner in an Agile process.
	- Strong knowledge of grid following and grid forming applications is essential.
	- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
