- The Principal Electrical Systems Engineer will lead the design, integration, and optimization of grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). - Responsibilities include overseeing system architecture for multi-MW BESS projects and ensuring compatibility and performance across all components. - The role involves conducting advanced load flow studies, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination to ensure system reliability and safety. - The engineer will act as the technical authority for New Product Introduction (NPI) and guide design processes and risk assessments. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure end-to-end system integration and alignment with project goals.
