- Candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience in Utility/Generation, Wind, Solar, or Thermal energy.
- A strong customer service mindset is essential, with a willingness to tackle challenging projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, with proficiency in Taiwanese and English.
- Experience in guiding safety efforts in an operational setting is highly valued.
