- The Battery Test Engineer will manage third-party test labs in both China and the US, overseeing the entire testing process.
- Responsibilities include reviewing test curves, monitoring cell performance tests, and confirming cell consistency through detailed analysis.
- The role involves creating standardized test processes and templates to ensure accurate test results.
- Regular meetings will be held to define data upload frequencies and formats for test results.
- The engineer will analyze abnormal test results and collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes of failures.
- Weekly updates on test status and monthly reports on test results will be communicated via email and the Jira system.
- The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to deliver comprehensive test result statuses.

- A bachelor's degree in Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, or a similar field is required.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in developing, testing, and quality management related to battery cells.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate across various disciplines and departments, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Experience with cell failure analysis processes and methods is preferred, indicating a deeper understanding of battery systems.
- A self-driven attitude and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities are important traits for this position.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is necessary for this role.
