✨ About The Role

- The Advanced Procurement Specialist will perform Long-Lead-Time analysis of the Bill-of-Material early in the Design Phase of New Product Development. - The role involves identifying and managing Single-Source and Sole-Source Components in the Bill-of-Material under development. - The candidate will create and maintain approved component and vendor lists in collaboration with Category Managers and Product Engineering. - Risk-Buy analysis for components will be performed to avoid delays in Product Launch. - The role requires collaboration with Design Engineering to ensure on-time documentation and release of components.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Strong fundamentals in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are essential to understand the requirements from the Design team. - The candidate must have the ability to resolve critical technical problems efficiently by coordinating technical conversations between suppliers and design experts. - Experience in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) industry would be advantageous. - A collaborative mindset is necessary to work effectively with Category Managers and Product Engineering teams.
