- The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will assist with new product introduction tasks related to the design and launch of new manufacturing production lines.
- Responsibilities include coordinating prototype manufacturing activities, including prototyping, purchasing, logistics, and budgeting.
- The role involves creating and maintaining AME deliverables such as PFD, PFMEA, and manufacturing BOMs.
- Participation in design reviews to influence manufacturability is a key aspect of the job.
- The position requires travel of 25-75% depending on the stage of production maturity, which may include international travel.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
- A strong background in high volume, low-mix production environments is essential for success in this position.
- Experience in new product introduction (NPI) roles is preferred, indicating familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
- The candidate should possess knowledge of manufacturing metrics and quality methods, including APQP and ISO standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education is required.
