✨ About The Role
- The Accounting Manager will oversee the inventory subledger and coordinate with Procurement and FP&A teams for accruals and analyses.
- This role involves implementing and managing end-to-end inventory controls, including logistics cost accruals.
- The candidate will prepare and approve journal entries and account reconciliations to meet a 5-day close requirement.
- Monitoring indirect costs of products and conducting actuals analysis by materials category and project/order will be part of the responsibilities.
- The role includes analyzing and forecasting overhead costs and rates, as well as inventory analysis and reporting.
- The Accounting Manager will assist with periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy in reporting.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, particularly in industrial manufacturing.
- A strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is essential for this role.
- Experience in public accounting and with publicly traded companies is required.
- The candidate should possess proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Direct supervisory experience is necessary to manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or SAP is preferred, indicating a need for technical proficiency in accounting software.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a master's degree and CPA being preferred.
