✨ About The Role
- The Accounting Manager will oversee the inventory subledger and coordinate with Procurement and FP&A teams for accruals and analyses.
- This role involves implementing and managing end-to-end inventory controls, including logistics cost accruals.
- The candidate will prepare and approve journal entries and account reconciliations to meet the month-end close requirements.
- Monitoring indirect costs of products and analyzing overhead costs and rates will be part of the responsibilities.
- The role includes conducting inventory analysis and reporting, as well as assisting with periodic physical inventories.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, particularly in industrial manufacturing.
- A strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is essential for this role.
- Experience in contract manufacturing and knowledge of the energy or energy storage business will be advantageous.
- The candidate should have experience working in publicly traded companies and auditing.
- Proven leadership and communication skills are necessary, including direct supervisory experience.
