- The Managing Scientist/Engineer will provide support to clients and the team in Exponent’s Environmental and Earth Sciences Practice.
- The role involves supporting multidisciplinary project teams on exciting and challenging projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for investing in their professional development by attending conference presentations and participating in journal publications.
- Expanding professional visibility and developing client relationships will be key responsibilities.
- The position is based in Burlington, MA, but other locations will be considered.

- The ideal candidate will have an M.Sc., M.Eng., or Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- A successful applicant will possess three to five years of environmental litigation support experience with a consulting company in the USA.
- Candidates should have over five years of non-academic experience in the field of environmental sciences, with consulting experience being a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and writing skills are essential for this role.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and manage time effectively.
- A strong interest in career and professional development within a dynamic consulting environment is crucial.
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines will be important for success in this position.
