- The role involves leading and managing large, global projects while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

	- Responsibilities include supporting the development and delivery of clients' post-investment portfolio company ESG programs.
	- The consultant will develop repeatable processes, frameworks, and toolkits for clients to implement across investment portfolios.
	- Strong leadership skills are necessary, emphasizing engagement, sound decision-making, and effective execution.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred in fields such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
	- Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in relevant industries, demonstrating a proven track record of leading projects and developing client relationships.
	- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulatory drivers is essential, including familiarity with TCFD and EU Green Deal components.
	- Experience with climate change aspects, such as GHG assessments and decarbonization roadmaps, is preferred.
	- Exceptional project management skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
	- Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
