- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or a related engineering field.
- A successful applicant will have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or be licensed as a Professional Engineer.
- Candidates should possess 4 to 8 years of progressively complex design experience, particularly in consulting for private-sector clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, with at least 2 years of experience in grading, profiles, and integrating survey data.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex technical knowledge to various stakeholders.
