- The Senior Consultant will lead EHS compliance and management system audits, either independently or as part of a team.
- Responsibilities include providing technical support in the development of EHS strategies, processes, and plans to enhance client management systems.

- Project management of sustainable operations programs on a national and global scale is a key responsibility.
- The consultant will work closely with ERM Partners and Project Managers to ensure effective project delivery.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety (EHS) with at least 12 years of relevant work experience.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, health and safety, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships, including interactions with senior management and frontline employees.
- The successful individual will be able to communicate technical information effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines are essential for this role.
- A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time is necessary for this position.
