✨ About The Role
- The Project Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for all stakeholders, representing the team effectively.
- Responsibilities include managing the general info mailbox and related phone line to ensure timely communication.
- The role involves providing administrative support for team meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing meeting minutes and reports.
- The candidate will maintain mailing lists and distribute regular updates to the team while monitoring relevant activities.
- Supporting supplier contracting and related invoice approvals will be part of the job responsibilities.
- The Project Administrator will assist with folder administration and access, as well as document signature processes.
- Handling the website and electronic document libraries, along with archiving and filing documents, will be required.
- General support to the ReachCentrum team, both billable and non-billable, will be expected.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial for maintaining high-quality work standards.
