- The role involves planning and executing field activities related to site investigation, remediation, and environmental construction projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing CERCLA documents, including Field Sampling Plans and Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies.
- The position requires oversight of investigation and remediation subcontractors and construction inspectors.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety Plans and conduct daily safety briefings with the project field team.
- The role includes interfacing with in-house Project Managers to identify and track upcoming construction management requirements and assist in business development activities.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in environmental engineering or geology, with significant expertise in CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Action processes.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, geology, or a related field is required, with Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist licenses being a plus.
- The successful individual will demonstrate experience in human health and ecological exposure pathway assessment and screening.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project scope, schedule, and budget, are essential for this role.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of implementing strict health and safety protocols on-site.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are highly desired, as the role involves coordinating with field personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
- A willingness to travel is necessary, as the position may require on-site presence at various industrial locations.
