- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communications, public affairs, public relations, community relations, or journalism.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience is required, with 8+ years preferred, particularly in public affairs or public relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting information effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings is necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The candidate should have a solid understanding of social risk identification, monitoring, and analysis.
- A background in crisis management and environmental justice will be considered advantageous.
